ISSI Launches Client Success Program

We are pleased to announce the launch of the ISSI Client Success Program. Bob Armstrong has rejoined the ISSI team with over 18 years of ECM experience and is now responsible for the program as Director of Client Success.

Client Success Program

This program represents an investment that ISSI is making in our clients to provide them with the following:

  • A focused resource that understands your short term success metrics and other goals as well as long-term business objectives
  • Ensuring that current solutions are optimized and protected by the proper maintenance agreements and level of support
  • An ISSI champion who both understands your business and can tap into ISSI’s wide range of resources to drive opportunities in a timely manner
  • Education on industry trends, new technologies and upgrade opportunities in order to proactively anticipate the best direction for the future

Director of Client Success: Bob Armstrong

Bob rejoins the ISSI team after serving as Director of Solutions Consulting with a Midwestern document imaging reseller. Bob previously served ISSI as Senior Sales Engineer and Business Process Improvement Manager and achieved certification with ABBYY, AnyDoc, FileBound, Fujitsu, Kodak, and Kofax. Prior to that, Bob served as Business Development Manager for AnyDoc, which is now owned by Hyland.

Bob attended the University of Maryland, served in the U.S. Army and is an avid fisherman, golfer and foodie. Bob volunteers with the Wounded Warriors Project and participates in multiple Tampa Bay fishing tournaments to support local charities.

Though not officially part of his role, tips on fishing, golfing and recipes will be provided upon request.

According to our CEO, Jay Barrow, “We created the ISSI Client Success Program to formalize the value-add we’ve provided to clients for years. We have given Bob responsibility to drive the highest levels of responsiveness ‘after the sale.'” Jay added, “In addition to the relationships that our clients develop with their ISSI Account Executive and Technical Support teams, Bob will be a communications resource focused on developing programs that ensure our client’s success.”
