Situation:
Large not-for-profit health care system embarks upon
technology refresh project. Old fleet of document scanners must be
upgraded to support improvement plans.
Objective:
Replace existing scanners with new scanners capable of delivering improved
throughput and image quality.
Solution:
Imaging Solutions and Services, Inc. is engaged to evaluate market-leading
high and mid-volume scanners to support selection process and design
deployment services to ensure implementation success. ISSI selected to
supply 20-25 high-volume and 20-30 mid-volume scanners, full deployment
services, post-warranty support agreements and ongoing consumables.
