To realize his vision, Mr. Barrow founded Imaging Solutions and Services, Inc. (ISSI), a technology-based firm that offers document imaging business process improvement solutions. Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, the company works with small to large clients to identify, design, develop and implement business process improvements. ISSI partners with clients to deliver complete turnkey solutions, fully integrated and customized solutions, and/or comprehensive outsourcing services to meet the specific client objectives and deliver the greatest bottom-line impact. ISSI integrates products and services from all of the market leading suppliers, such as Hyland Software, EMC / Application Xtender, Global 360 (formerly eiStream), Kofax, AnyDoc Software, A2iA, Kodak, Fujitsu, Böwe Bell + Howell, Scan-Optics, Canon, Rimage, Adobe, Dell, Cisco and Microsoft. Mr. Barrow has lead ISSI to profitably grow each year since its inception. ISSI now proudly serves hundreds of clients throughout the United States.
Prior to launching ISSI, Mr. Barrow worked for the Document Imaging division of Eastman Kodak Company where he held roles in sales, technical sales leadership and professional sales and marketing educational development. Mr. Barrow also worked at the Crescent Equipment Company as the Vice President of Sales, Production and General Manager. This professional experience is supported by degrees in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management from the Southern Polytechnic Institute.
Chief Administrative Officer
Ms. Barrow is an experienced executive with a passion for human resources and administrative efficiency. Since joining the company in 2000, Ms. Barrow has dramatically improved administrative efficiency and strengthened the personnel management, professional development, and employee benefits programs.
Prior to joining ISSI, Ms. Barrow established her professional credentials during 15 years of corporate positions with International Paper, Danka, and Eastman Kodak Company.
Ms. Barrow is a graduate from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Butler is a highly talented information and imaging technology professional who is passionate about helping clients understand and apply the latest state-of-the-art technologies to deliver efficiencies and effectiveness to their organization. He is diversely talented in the field of information management technology and leads a team of product development, systems integration, and technical support personnel that is the life-blood of the products and services ISSI provides to its clients.
Mr. Butler joined ISSI in 1999 after 18 years of computer software and systems experience in the imaging and services sector. Since joining the company, he created and expanded the Professional Services staff, lead the development of over 25 software products, and enhanced the capabilities of the Southeast, Mid-America and Atlanta Operations Centers. The direct result of these efforts has been the dramatic growth of the ISSI Solution Portfolio, the number of satisfied clients and the diversity of successful business applications that utilize imaging technology.
Prior to joining ISSI, Mr. Butler worked at Westgate, LLC as a software and business process consultant. He also worked at GenieWorks, LLC as the Chief Manager of Java Development Tools and C.I. Systems, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations, Product Development, and Customer Support. Prior to these companies, Mr. Butler founded Brooks Software, Inc. and functioned as the Director of Product Development. This professional experience is supported by a Masters of Science in Information and Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Valdosta State University.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McCarter is a highly experienced financial executive with leadership within businesses spanning from $1M to $100M in annual revenues. Since joining ISSI in 2001, Mr. McCarter has focused on refining the internal financial and accounting systems to support the continued dynamic growth of the company.
Mr. McCarter is a graduate of Memphis State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee.
Chief Marketing Officer & Manager, Strategic Alliances
Mr. Moritz is a dynamic and insightful business professional with an extensive background in helping organizations of all sizes apply technology to improve performance. He is passionate about marketing as a means to promote consistent focus on understanding client requirements and delivering the right combination of products and services to meet these needs.
Mr. Moritz joined ISSI in 2001 after 17 years in the Document Management industry. As the Chief Marketing Officer and Manager, Strategic Alliances, he has championed the diligent application of Sales, Marketing, and Business Management strategies and tactics that have strengthened client-focus and satisfaction. These efforts have promoted continual year-over-year growth in excess of 20% and have positioned ISSI as a major national provider with clients in virtually every major industry.
Prior to joining ISSI, Mr. Moritz enjoyed 16 years of imaging and information technology and business management experience with Eastman Kodak Company. His career at Kodak offered worldwide business management, product development, marketing and sales experience in all segments of the document imaging industry. Mr. Moritz applied this broad experience and founded Business Growth Catalyst, a technology consulting services company.
The underpinning for Mr. Moritz’s success in the information and imaging industry is a solid business and technology foundation of undergraduate degrees in Marketing, Management and Computer Science from Alfred University and a Masters of Business Administration from Strayer University. Additionally, Mr. Moritz has extensive imaging application, technology and business management education from his tenure with Eastman Kodak Company, and numerous executive education programs at schools like Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
