OnBase Reporting Dashboards

Reporting dashboards in OnBase document management software collect data and helps you analyze the efficiency of your business processes against benchmarks, industry standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Dashboard visibility examples:

  • Are documents stuck in a workflow step for too long?
  • Is one department or user getting overwhelmed with work and falling behind?
  • What is the average time that it takes a document to move completely through our process?

This level of visibility into the your processes allows for continuous improvement, ensuring that your organization is always becoming leaner, faster, and more productive.

What Is RPA?

Robotic Process Automation

Robotic Process Automation is a developing technology that allows anyone to configure computer software, or a "robot," to emulate and integrate the actions of a human interacting within digital systems to execute a business process. They interpret, trigger responses, and communicate with other systems to perform a variety of repetitive tasks. An RPA software robot never sleeps, always follows instructions, and does not get tired of monotonous work. More >

How Is RPA Different from Other Enterprise Automation Tools?

In contrast to other, traditional IT solutions, RPA allows organizations to automate at a fraction of the cost and time previously encountered. RPA is non-intrusive and leverages the existing infrastructure without causing disruption to underlying systems. With RPA, cost efficiency and compliance are a byproduct of automation.

RPA solutions can start small – a single robot can be configured for a single data entry task. Contact us here or call us at (800) 948-9466 for a complimentary process review to see how Robotic Process Automation can help you. More >
