ISSI was founded in 1995 for the purpose of delivering complete solutions to a market too often served by companies merely delivering products.  This un-met market need offered plentiful opportunity for ISSI to grow from a single office serving the greater Memphis area to a national solutions provider with numerous offices serving clients throughout the United States.

In addition to growing using a client-satisfaction expansion model, driven by existing client referrals and requests for even broader coverage and services, ISSI has also grown through acquisition.  In 1999, ISSI acquired ImageMax of Chattanooga, Tennessee.  This acquisition expanded the company's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) capability to better serve its clients.  In 2002, ISSI acquired MicroMedia and Southern Data in Chattanooga and Knoxville, Tennessee.  In 2002, the company opened its second BPO Operations Center in Memphis, TN.  In 2006, in partnership with Norfolk Southern, ISSI opened its third BPO Operations Center in Lilburn, GA.  And in 2008 and 2010, ISSI opened its fourth and fifth BPO Operations Centers in Roanoke, VA and Charlotte, NC, respectively.

ISSI has consistently grown its presence and capabilities based on two basic principles and one single operating motto - Client-Focused, Results-DrivenTM.
